This page lists common issues concerning report changes raised by customers after an update. From version to version most reports should not change, though Cyrious reserves the right to change any or the system reports based on user feedback or its own business purposes.
Steps to Diagnose
- Have copies of the report faxed or emailed over to technical support. Do not attempt to determine the problem without having the reports in front of you.
- Go through the options on the report in report setup.
- In many cases, report changes noticed by the user are a function of new options being added to those reports that present different default information.
- Because options can be preset and not displayed in the print dialog, is check should always be done under the Report Setup menu and not while printing the report.
