Customer forgot password
Resolution
- Ask customer what time it is at their office
- Get the Old Backdoor passcode from the Tech Utility for the appropriate time
- Navigate the customer to Mgmt>Set-Up>Change Passwords
- Give them the backdoor passcode
- Tell them to click the edit button on the right
- Have them enter a new 4 character password and reenter it in all the fields they need
